Not all clients are shown when searching or using the drawer

Cause

We have resolved the issue where not all clients were displaying when searching or using the drawer.

We can confirm there has been no loss of data. The clients were hidden from view and our team worked to restore these.

Resolution

A hot fix has now been deployed and the XPM Sync has been re-enabled.

All sync requests made today will be coming through to FYI. Users do not need to take any action for this to occur but should refresh their lists if they changes are not displaying.

We will finalise our investigations to ensure this issue does not occur again.

We have now restored all clients that were not displaying because of this issue for affected practices.

Users will need to log out and back into FYI, as well as click the Refresh button in the Client List.

Please note if the client does not display the first time, click the Refresh button again and confirm the timestamp is for the current time.

We have identified the cause and will be releasing a hotfix as soon as possible.

The Xero Practice Manager sync will remain temporarily paused for all practices, and will be re-enabled once a hotfix has been released.

We expect no changes will be lost to clients and jobs, and will provide further updates once the hotfix has been released.
