Microsoft has advised that they are continuing to rebalance sync traffic, which they confirm has reduced the frequency of the issue.

They are also optimizing the service and expect this to further mitigate the issue.

NEW UPDATE 19/5/2022

Microsoft has advised that they are continuing to monitor OneDrive following actions to address the syncing problem.

They have reported a reduction in failures and will continue to review a feature update that is suspected to have caused the issue.

We will continue to provide updates on this until it is resolved.

Microsoft has confirmed that they are able to replicate the issue.

They have passed this on to the responsible team to determine what may be the cause.

We have logged a ticket with Microsoft in regards to a delay of document syncing to the FYI - My Edits folder.

The files can be seen in OneDrive Online, however they do not appear to immediately sync to the OneDrive app.

As a workaround, we would recommend using the FYI Desktop app which does not rely on OneDrive to edit or push changes back into FYI.

Otherwise, pausing/unpausing OneDrive will force it to perform a new sync.

Please note that co-edit remains unaffected.
