The Microsoft login service appears to be back online which means any affected users can now login again. We have done a round of testing and all of the FYI services are working.

Microsoft login service is offline preventing users from logging into FYI, affecting all of Australia. Users already logged in can continue using the service including editing documents.

Sometimes these issues are resolved quickly and we will keep you updated when resolved.
