All FYI services have been restored.

Any background services such as the XPM sync will run and import any missing data.

Background

Some FYI services are offline or running at reduced capacity including:

  • Xero Sync
    • Custom field sync is disabled
    • Clients & Jobs are syncing slower than usual
  • Overnight import & autofile services did not run for:
    • BGL
    • NowInfinity
    • MyProsperity
    • XPLAN
    • Companies House
  • Task Auto Complete
  • Generic Practice Sync using OneDrive

Other features of FYI are working normally, only the services above are affected.

Cause

Our platform partner (AWS) has acknowledged there is a problem and they are working urgently to resolve it.
