Current Status: This issue has been resolved.

Root Cause: A filtering component was identified as preventing the FYI session from loading, which resulted in the user being logged out of FYI.

Planned Actions: The affected component was disabled, with further maintenance completed on 20/07/2022 23:00 AEST to implement changes for increased reliability and availability of FYI services.
