The FYI document service is now back online and we are now restarting all background services such email AutoFile, document categories etc.

As always we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused and our number #1 priority is to ensure this doesn't happen again.

The FYI service is back online, however the document service is still slow for some practices.

To get the critical document lists available, we have pushed up a hotfix (4.1.3a) which has temporarily disabled document categories in document lists.

What this means users can perform all typical functions such as: - edit & stop editing documents- create new documents - file emails from FYI - Use views to search and retrieve documents

What is not available: - Document categories will not display in document lists

It is important that all users have loaded the latest version of our web app in their browser. The best way to make sure of this is to do a hard refresh on your browser:

To apply the latest version and to check it has been applied follow these steps: - Hold down Ctrl + Shift and click R (For Chrome & Edge) - Click on the settings in the top right hand corner - Version is displayed in the bottom right next to "Logout" - the version should be 4.1.3a

We will get the document categories displaying back in the document lists as soon as possible.

Unfortunately resolving the issue is taking longer than expected

Everything is working with the exception of the document categories service, which is not responding.

There is no risk of data loss, however, we are obviously working urgently to restore the critical document functions.

We will provide additional updates as soon as we know more.

The FYI platform is having performance issues loading all document lists giving the error "Error Loading Documents".

Our engineers are urgently working on this issue and they expect the service restored in the next 30 minutes.

In the interim, users can continue to work on: - Task lists - Jobs lists - Client lists - Reply, create and file emails in Outlook - Continue editing any documents that were already out for edit in their OneDrive's

We will provide additional updates as soon as we know more.
